  • How do I download the ClickDishes app?
    You can find our app on both the Google Playstore and iOS Appstore. It’s free to download and free to use!
  • What does the ClickDishes app do?
    ClickDishes allows you to pre-order and pre-paid from the nearby popular restaurants. Through ClickDishes express pickup ordering, you can skip the line and get your food faster, especially when you’re in a rush, or strapped for time.
  • How does the referral credit work (ClickDishes Web Ordering)?
    Login to your ClickDishes account, click your name on the top right. Click on “Refer Friends” where you’ll find your own customized referral code. You’ll have options to share this code either on your social media accounts or share it through text message. When your friend registers an account, they can enter your referral code at the beginning, and they’ll receive 2000 points to use towards their first order. Once they’ve made their first order, you’ll receive 2000 points in your account as well.

    Open the App, click “Rewards” on the bottom right. You can share the code with your friend by clicking “Share.” When your friend registers an account, they can enter your referral code at the beginning, and they’ll receive 2000 points to use towards their first order. Once they’ve made their first order, you’ll receive 2000 points in your account as well
  • I forgot to enter my referral code when I was registering my account. What do I do?
    You could enter your friend's referral code at the checkout page as a promo code within 48 hours of registration to activate the referral code bonus.

  • Why is the restaurant closed on the app when they are open?
    The restaurant may show up as closed on the app when they are having technical issues or planning to be live on ClickDishes soon. Please be patient with us as we work to get as many new restaurants for you as possible.
  • Is my credit card information safe?
    Yes, your credit card information is safe. We partner with a reputable PCI compliant third-party payment solution named Stripe, thus all transactions are processed and stored securely. We do not store or share any customer information with other parties.
  • How to delete my credit card on the payment screen?
    To delete a saved credit card, click the "Account" tab, then select "Payment Method" and swipe off the card you want to remove from your list of credit cards.
  • Can I order delivery through ClickDishes?
    No, we don't do delivery. Our app is a take-out only service for quick pick up at the restaurant without having to wait in line.
  • Can I set the pickup time?
    Currently, we don’t have this function available. The restaurant will respond with a pickup time according to how busy they are at the moment. Please expect a wait usually between 5-15 minutes.
  • How to cancel my order when the restaurant has accepted it?
    If the restaurant has accepted your order, please contact them directly to cancel the order. Then, please email the ClickDishes customer support team at help@clickdishes.com for the refund.
  • Why I got charged when my order status shows rejected or cancelled?
    Our partner Stripe issues a pre-authorized charge to your credit card when the order has been sent. You’ll see a pending transaction record on your credit card statement. If the order status shows rejected/cancelled, please be reassured that the refund is issued immediately and no money has been taken from your account.
  • Where can I find my order receipt?
    The receipt will send to your registered email after the restaurant accepted your order. Please check the email you used to register for the ClickDishes account. You can also view your order history within the app.
